Connor is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 3rd Degree Black Belt Taekwondo, Purple Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA Coach. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM since 2021. Conner enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels and works hard to not only challenge his clients but also to instill an enduring appreciation for the benefits of a consistent fitness regime. As an avid martial arts enthusiast and competitive MMA Fighter, he embraces discipline, commitment and dedication to his own personal wellness and helps his clients to find the same in their own health and fitness journey. Connor is also part of the onboarding program and provides individual sessions to acclimate and orient new clients and members to the facilities on campus.

Juan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He has more than 40 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and personal training. Juan brings a depth of understanding and knowledge to the business and to client interaction and tailored programming. Once a competitive bodybuilder, his speciality is strength training. His extensive knowledge allows him to adjust each client’s training programs to fit within specific physical limitations and/or challenges. He can structure each training session to tackle specific areas to help his clients reach their fitness goals and avoid injury. His careful attention to his client’s personal goals as well as potential obstacles offer a sense of ease and trust that ensures the best training experience and outcomes.

Nicholas, aka Nick, is certified in Rehab-U: Movement Optimization for Prehab and Performance Level 1 and is a Chek Institute Exercise Coach. He has been providing clients with exemplary private, semi private and small group training services since 2000. His passion for the sport of track has lead him to extend his services to assist youth track athletes. His training sessions are fun and challenging. He works hard to inspire clients to push themselves, and with each session clients are encouraged to achieve their goals, and then aim higher. He offers invaluable instruction during each season that clients can easily apply outside of class in their own weight and strength training efforts. In short, Nick will help you to feel physically better, stronger and more confident in your workouts and daily life.

Jessica has more than a decade of experience in fitness training and is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Youth Fitness Trainer and NutritionOS coach and holds an Associates Degree in Health Science. Jessica is dedicated to offering her clients of all ages a personal training experience that is designed to meet their specific goals. Jess embodies a positive attitude and has an energy and enthusiasm that is contagious.
