Introduction to Pilates
Pilates is more than just a series of exercises; it is a comprehensive body-mind approach to fitness and well-being. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, this method emphasizes core strength, flexibility, balance, and proper alignment. As future instructors, you will learn to impart these principles to your students, helping them achieve their fitness goals while promoting overall health.

The 30-Day Mobility Challenge is designed to help you reduce stiffness, and feel better in your daily life — all in just 15 minutes a day. Each pre-recorded session focuses extra attention on hips, back, and hamstrings.
Using gentle, approachable exercises that anyone can do, you’ll build flexibility, improve joint health, and unlock more freedom of movement without overwhelming your schedule. All you need is a mat (or towel), a chair, and two yoga blocks (or books).
