There is not just one path to a life of health and fitness. Every wellness journey is unique, with different goals and starting points in mind. For this reason, our campus has grown to offer a wide array of services and training styles, including independent exercise, group fitness, small group and semi-private training, personal training, yoga and Pilates, youth sport performance training and even virtual options for home or out-of-town workouts.
We constantly seek out the most up-to-date information on exercise and adapt our outlook through research-based programming. We know that our bodies crave exercise variety, as it helps us maximize benefits and avoid risks, such as injuries, plateaus and boredom. For this reason, we offer a diverse set of classes and are consistently evolving our custom small-group and private training sessions. Our goal is to create an environment where our members can achieve their goals—and have fun doing it!

We have a fully dedicated studio designed to help you achieve all the mind and body benefits of yoga and pilates. When you walk through our doors, you have access to three separate areas of focus.
Yoga & Pilates
Group fitness classes include Les Mills Programs and our own signature classes. We also have a dedicated spin studio with a projection screen and heart rate monitoring capabilities.

Our gym is for the independent exerciser who wants the best in lifting equipment, selectorized machines, cable equipment, cardio equipment and space for functional training.

This training facility designed for athletes aged 6+ to discover their maximum potential through dedication, respect and work ethic. Pledging to provide each athlete with the hands-on education they will need to unlock the skills, they provide confidence and strength to achieve their goals.
sports Performance Training
Personal training for those seeking the most tailored personal training experience. No matter where the client is starting from, we refine a program based on a detailed assessment and focus on building the client’s health and fitness.
One-On-One Training
OTAC Force semi-private sessions are led by certified personal trainers. These sessions are created daily to meet the needs of the group, designed for a full body workout and offer lots of variety.
