Spark includes Les Mills licensed programs, OTAC signature classes, virtual class capabilities, plus operational real-time data tracking with projection screens. Choose from 52 classes weekly. 

Our small group training sessions feature 29 sessions weekly of strength training, conditioning and HIIT.

Class Schedule

This class will be slow paced, gentle and a great introduction to basic poses, breathing exercises and active meditation. Hatha in style, students will take advantage of the opportunity to hold poses focusing on proper alignment. 

Move it or Lose it Yoga

Join this session and get all the benefits of FURY with a lighter twist. Certified trainers will slow the pace just a bit for more cueing and coaching. Movements are tailored to meet the needs of clients just getting back into fitness or who enjoy a total body workout with a little less intensity. 

Move it or lose it Fury 

This class is designed to give you the best of both worlds, combining cardio on the step and resistance training in an interval format. Choreography is easy to follow and guarantees lots of fun. Its’a 55 minute total body blast! All levels are welcome.

Fun Step Interval

 Increase your mobility and flexibility in this 30 minute session. Suited for all levels, this class will enhance athletic and exercise performance through a variety of total body stretches, and will allow you to experience moving through daily activities with more freedom and with less pain.

Fury Boot Camp

This is conditioning at its best! Non stop movement in multiple directions will help you increase your cardiovascular fitness and improve your core strength and athletic body awareness. Certified Trainers design workouts that move you through fast paced intervals using accessories such as ropes, balls, trx, boxes, bikes, rowers, ladders, kettlebells and so much more! Each session is different to give you the best in variety. Intermediate to advanced suggested. 

Journey through mountain climbs, rolling hills, flats and sprints for an awesome simulated outdoor ride. Certified instructors create each ride, select music and motivate you through the terrain!

 Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODY BALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODY BALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Les Mills Body Balance

Designed for our members and guests 50 and over and those just starting or restarting a path towards a healthier lifestyle. Sessions offer a variety of formats including strengthening, increasing stamina and/or promoting mobility, balance and flexibility.

LES MILLS CORE builds strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back which assists with balance and injury prevention. The workout includes exercises that utilize a LES MILLS SMARTBAND weight plates and bodyweight exercises like crunches, planks, and hovers.

BODY PUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than your own. You will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Improve your cardiovascular fitness with easy to follow movements utilizing the step platform. Great workout for beginner to advanced participants!

Basic step

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy.

zumba

A slower paced vinyasa yoga practice that allows time to fully explore yoga postures. The practice will build heat through expanded sun salutations and gentle flowing sequences then transition to deeper stretches on the mat. Suitable for all levels. Held in the Breathe Studio.

Boot Camp Interval

This jam packed, results oriented and motivating workout will work you from head to toe! Body weight exercises and resistance training combined with blasts of cardio fitness for a fast paced, no joke bootcamp style workout.

This session offers the opportunity to develop a greater sense of awareness of core muscles (the muscles between the shoulders and hips) and how to recruit these muscles utilizing fit benches. Working in all planes of movement, this session will leave you feeling more functional, stronger, and stable throughout your body. Suitable for all levels.
