Designed for our members and guests 50 and over and those just starting or restarting a path towards a healthier lifestyle. Sessions offer a variety of formats including strengthening, increasing stamina and/or promoting mobility, balance and flexibility.

Move it or Lose it Yoga

A slower paced vinyasa yoga practice that allows time to fully explore yoga postures. The practice will build heat through expanded Sun Salutations and gentle flowing sequences then transition to deeper stretches on the mat. Suitable for all levels.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

body attack

Increase your mobility and flexibility in this 30 minute session. Suited for all levels, this class will enhance athletic and exercise performance through a variety of total body stretches, and will allow you to experience moving through daily activities with more freedom of movement and with less pain.

This jam packed, results oriented and motivating workout will work you from head to toe! Body weight exercises and resistance training combined with blasts of cardio fitness for a fast paced, no joke bootcamp style workout.

Journey through mountain climbs, rolling hills, flats and sprints for an awesome simulated outdoor ride. Certified instructors create each ride, select music and motivate you through the terrain!


Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Each class will provide the opportunity to use a variety of equipment in an effort to reach your goals and find the fitness level that you thought you were losing or had lost! Our instructors are highly experienced in modifying and tailoring exercises to meet the needs of each individual.

Builds strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back which assists with balance and injury prevention. The workout includes exercises that utilize a LES MILLS SMARTBAND, weight plates and bodyweight exercises like crunches, planks and hovers.

This is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP gives you a total body workout.  Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own.

(Intermediate to advanced participants suggested.) This class is a challenging, motivating and fun cardiovascular workout utilizing the step that is designed to increase endurance and enhance your daily performance. Basic Step is great for first time participants who enjoy easy to follow movements.


We take the "work" out of a workout, by mixing low-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy.
