Hosting on January 11th. This is a 75-minute intermediate class blending the strength of mat Pilates with the flow and stretch of yoga with Mary. We’ll begin with a short chat on how Pilates and yoga complement each other, then move into a strong, mindful practice—ending with a calming savasana.
