Welcome the fresh energy of spring with a deeply nourishing Yin practice designed to awaken, soften, and restore. This gentle, floor-based class invites you to slow down and settle into longer-held poses that stimulate the meridians associated with the liver and gallbladder—supporting detoxification, flexibility, and emotional renewal.

This mat Pilates class is built for lifters who want to move better, lift stronger, and stay injury-free. Whether you train daily or a few times a week, this session is designed to enhance performance by improving alignment, core stability, mobility, and neuromuscular control. We’ll target the deep stabilizing system — including the transverse abdominis, multifidus, pelvic floor, and diaphragm — to build true foundational strength that carries over to weight training and everyday life. This isn’t passive stretching — it’s active recovery and strength through control. You’ll develop better bracing mechanics, sharper proprioception, and greater joint resilience to support heavier lifts and long-term durability. We’ll work hard, move with intention, and have fun along the way.
